Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Kido Studio mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

Kido Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the store from which you downloaded the application.

• You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the application.
• You may not copy, modify, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• You may not use the application in a way that interferes with the service, harms other users, or violates any law or regulation.

3. Accounts, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Some features may require an account, subscription, or in-app purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase processing are handled by the applicable app marketplace or payment provider, not by Apple or Google directly through us. If a subscription auto-renews, it continues until you cancel it through your app store account settings.

4. User Content and Acceptable Use

If you submit content, such as messages, notes, reports, support requests, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate the law.

• You may not upload unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful material.
• You may not misuse social, reporting, AI, or communication features.
• We may remove content or suspend access if we believe your use creates legal, safety, or abuse risks.

5. Availability, Updates, and Third-Party Services

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of an application at any time. Certain features may depend on third-party services, app stores, cloud providers, analytics platforms, authentication tools, or AI providers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or policy changes caused by those third parties.

6. Privacy

Your use of the application is also governed by the applicable Privacy Policy for that app. By using the app, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in the relevant Privacy Policy.

7. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the applications will meet every expectation or requirement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kido Studio and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the application.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the application or related purchase in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Kido Studio. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the application, create risk for other users, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally feasible.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

If you access the application on an Apple device, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• These Terms are between you and Kido Studio, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the application or its content, maintenance, or support services.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing product claims, legal claims, or intellectual property claims relating to the application, except to the extent required by law.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the application.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kido Studio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
